Use each service for its purpose
My Timber can support ordinary planning and reflection. Public tools can help organise questions. They cannot examine you, order diagnostic tests, prescribe treatment or decide that worrying symptoms are safe. AI responses also need to stay within these limits.
What you can do next
Take symptoms and treatment questions to an appropriate healthcare professional. For urgent or severe symptoms, use the relevant urgent-care service rather than waiting for an app response.
