Frequently asked question

Will my Health MOT data be saved?

The legacy browser questionnaire stores its answers and report locally on the device where it runs. It does not upload them into My Timber. This is separate from the SHIFT Health home blood-test route shown by the main Health MOT link.

A shared browser needs care

A locally saved questionnaire can remain after closing its page and may be accessible to someone using the same browser profile. Clearing this site’s browser data removes that local copy. It does not erase separate account-backed records, which have their own controls.

Do not assume a results integration

Opening the home blood-test information page does not transfer an older questionnaire or prove that a laboratory result has reached your account. Check actual availability and service arrangements. Use the privacy controls for the particular information you want to export or erase.
