Count the whole occasion
Mixers, late food and the next-day routine can matter as well as the drink. A smaller waist is not the only reason to review alcohol. If you may be dependent, get medical advice before suddenly stopping.
What you can do next
Record an ordinary week honestly, including serving sizes. Choose one realistic change, such as fewer drinking occasions or an alcohol-free option you enjoy.
